What is SignaSur?
SignaSur. Construction contracts made easy.
SignaSur is a digital contract lifecycle management platform built specifically for the CCDC and CCA documents your business relies on. Instead of buying a PDF and a physical copyright seal, you fill out a contract on screen, send it for signature, and store the finished document in a secure dashboard. The electronic copyright seal and a complete audit trail are built in.
As the Construction Association of Saskatchewan, we remain your first point of contact. You enroll and purchase through us, the same as you do today for documents and seals, and then you access SignaSur to create and sign your contracts.

How it works
Four steps, from enrollment to a signed contract.
What it costs
An annual enrollment gives you platform access for the year. Documents are then purchased as credits. CASK members pay less.
A single credit covers one agreement, and that agreement can be revised and re-sent for signature as many times as needed before it is finalized. Your annual enrollment also includes complimentary access to CCDC and CCA guides and recorded webinars. The CASK store always shows current pricing.
What about the seals and documents I buy today?
Starting January 1, 2027, the Canadian Construction Association is winding down its wholesale supply of traditional construction documents and physical copyright seals. CASK will keep selling from our existing stock while supplies last. Once that stock runs out, SignaSur becomes the way to access current, valid CCA and CCDC documents.
There is no pressure to switch overnight. You can run SignaSur alongside the documents you already use and get familiar at your own pace. We do encourage members to try it early, and to keep in mind that traditional document inventory will eventually run out.
