Uniting Saskatchewan’s Construction Legacy
Formation of CASK
In 2024, CASK brought together five regional associations: PACA, SCA, MJCA, RCA, and SKCA. These groups, built by hardworking builders and leaders, shaped Saskatchewan’s construction industry for decades.
CASK carries their legacy forward, uniting the province with pride in the workers who built our communities.

Prince Albert Construction Association (PACA)
Since the 1960s, PACA’s contractors and leaders have built Prince Albert’s future. Their tight-knit group drove progress with skill and dedication.
PACA’s legacy honors the workers who strengthened the region, leaving a lasting mark on its growth.

Saskatoon Construction Association (SCA)
Founded in 1931, SCA led Saskatoon’s construction with strong leadership. Its builders created opportunities through events and partnerships with the city and university.
SCA’s history celebrates the workers who built Saskatoon’s skyline and set a standard for excellence.

Moose Jaw Construction Association (MJCA)
Since 1961, MJCA’s contractors and leaders worked as a team to build Moose Jaw. Their projects brought the community together with pride.
MJCA’s legacy honors the builders who shaped the region with hard work and commitment for over 60 years.

Regina Construction Association (RCA)
Starting in 1932 as the Regina Builder’s Exchange, RCA’s leaders and workers built a strong construction community. They shared knowledge and stood for quality.
RCA’s 80-year legacy honors the builders who made Regina thrive with skill and heart.

Saskatchewan Construction Association (SKCA)
Formed in 1966, SKCA united local groups to speak for the province. Its leaders fought for workers and pushed the industry forward.
SKCA’s legacy honors the builders who set the stage for CASK’s united mission today.
