Course Description

This course is intended for anyone who uses Microsoft Outlook and wants to explore mailbox organization, search, as well as the more advanced time management features Outlook has to offer.

Note: Access to the Microsoft Outlook desktop app is required for this course. This course will focus on Classic Outlook, but accommodations can be made for users of the New Outlook (note that New Outlook is missing a few features of classic Outlook, and the interface is slightly different. It is also recommended to have two monitors/screens, so students can follow along and test out their new skills as we go.

Cancellation Policy

CASK will provide a full refund or education credit equal to the amount paid for the course if registration is cancelled three (3) full business days prior to the course start date. Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within three (3) full business days of the course start date and there will be no transfers to future course dates.

Complimentary substitution of another member of your company/team is welcome right up until the course start time for no additional fee.
