Established in the early 1960s, the Prince Albert Construction Association (PACA) stands as a testament to six decades of dedicated service to the construction industry. Composed of professional contractors, suppliers and manufacturers, PACA has pursued its mission of advancing the construction sector by providing leadership and industry insight. PACA continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the Provincial construction landscape.
