Construction 101 is a comprehensive, two-day introduction to the construction industry following the official Canadian Construction Association (CCA) syllabus. This course provides a full overview of how construction projects come together — from risk analysis and project delivery methods to bidding, contracts, and project close-out.

Participants will gain practical insight into roles and responsibilities, contract law, project documentation, safety, and quality — and how these influence overall project success. Delivered by industry experts from Saskatchewan’s leading construction, design, legal, and insurance organizations, this course is ideal for:

  • Junior estimators, coordinators, or project managers
  • Administrative and support staff
  • Professionals seeking a deeper understanding of construction processes
