Construction 101 is a comprehensive, two-day introduction to the construction industry following the official Canadian Construction Association (CCA) syllabus. This course offers a complete overview of how construction projects come together—from project initiation and risk analysis to bidding, contracts, and project close-out.

Participants will gain practical insight into roles and responsibilities, legal considerations, safety, quality, and how decisions impact a project’s success. Delivered by experts from Saskatchewan’s leading construction, design, insurance, and legal organizations, this course is ideal for:

  • New hires entering the construction sector
  • Junior estimators, coordinators, or project managers
  • Administrative staff supporting operations
  • Professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of the business of construction
